We are a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants, formed in 1896 by Robert Dormond Munro.   Over the past 100 years the firm has developed as a general accountancy practice, keeping up to date with changing rules and modern business practices, able to provide full financial accounting and taxation services to businesses, their owners and their families.

The firm is currently headed by two partners, Michael Ernest Ceeney F.C.A. and Christine Houghton F.C.C.A. They are the principal points of contact and make every endeavour to be readily available to attend to your enquiries, thereby developing a strong personal relationship, built on experience, expertise, trust and efficient service. In the unlikely event of them not being immediately available there is a strong back-up team in the office who are able to either assist, to make appointments or to arrange for calls to be returned.

Due to ever increasing complexities in financial and fiscal matters, the partners have acquired specialist knowledge including personal taxation, inheritance tax planning and mitigation, dealing with the formation and management of trusts for many purposes, and also dealing with charity accounts.  We have a fully computerised office and are able to offer on-line filing of payroll information and Companies House forms to take advantage of the financial incentives offered.
